"Entreprendre à Montpellier" : enCaps Raises 1.6 Million Euros to Launch Its Digital Product Passport Solution

Montpellier-based startup founded in the spring of 2022 by Pascal Jardé, Vincent Anselmo, and Antoine Janning, enCaps announces having closed a fundraising round amounting to 1,600,000 euros.

"Entreprendre à Montpellier" : enCaps Raises 1.6 Million Euros to Launch Its Digital Product Passport Solution


With this fundraising, enCaps aims to quickly launch its unique DPP (Digital Product Passport) solution to four identified sectors: mobility (bicycles and automotive), luxury, art, and video games. Among the company's first clients is Bee-cycle, a French company that offers a company bicycle service and long-term rental for businesses. This company has enlisted enCaps to allow various stakeholders (Bee-cycle, fleet managers, bicycle preparers, end users) to have access to all the necessary information for the service to function properly at each stage (preparation, delivery, maintenance schedule, etc.). Depending on whether it's the bicycle preparer or the end user, they will simply need to scan the enhanced QR code with their phone to access information and value-added services dedicated to them.
