At CES 2024, the Montpellier-based enCaps promoted the digital passport for objects
Brought to CES Las Vegas by the Occitanie economic development agency Ad'Occ, enCaps promoted its DPP Builder platform for creating digital object passports via QR Code. "CES provides visibility, credibility, and a number of quite qualified prospects," explains Pascal Jarde. "We are addressing a 'hot' issue where, for once, Europe is ahead. The QR code is the most logical and user-friendly tool compared to NFC chips, RFID, or IP addresses, so the majority of solutions should use it."
